A few years ago, I found myself navigating this challenging period with very little support. The brain fog, the sleepless nights, anxiety, and the overwhelming feeling that I was losing myself were a constant struggle. I had never even heard of half of the symptoms I was experiencing, nor how or what could help relieve them.
This experience ignited a passion in me. I know that women fare better with support, and that everyone’s experience is unique. So, I became a certified specialist coach, dedicated to being the guide and advocate I had so desperately wanted during my transition.
