THIS IS A PRACTICAL 7-WEEK PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES TEENAGERS WITH LIFE SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE TO HELP THEM NAVIGATE THEIR WAY TO ADULTHOOD WITH RESILIENCE, SELF-BELIEF, AND EASE.

This workshop will equip students with invaluable psychological life tools to navigate this new chapter with confidence, enthusiasm, and resilience.

Learn powerful life skills that you can use from the first day at your new College or University and help ensure you enjoy your next academic chapter. The highlights of this program will help you mentally prepare, adapt, settle, and thrive from the beginning.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Develop strategies to handle first-week nerves and anxiety.

  • Tips & techniques on how to approach new people with confidence, skills for making small talk with anyone, tools for developing new friendships straight away, and fitting in from the very start.

  • Learn how to stop worrying and stressing about what others might, or might not, be thinking about you so that you feel more relaxed and happier in yourself and much less anxious.

  • Explore techniques to build a positive self-image, embrace your individuality, and conquer self-doubt.
