I understand the menopause transition in a deeply personal way because I’ve lived it. A few years ago, I found myself navigating this challenging period with very little support. The brain fog, the sleepless nights, and the overwhelming feeling that I couldn’t cope and I was losing myself, were a constant struggle. I had never even heard of half of the symptoms I was experiencing, and nor, it seemed, had some of the healthcare providers I turned to.

I searched for help and education, learnt a lot about possible remedies, and tried numerous approaches to help myself and my symptoms.

I also found that whilst the menopause transition alone can present a significant set of struggles, it rarely happens in a vacuum. It often coincides with a season of life filled with its own unique demand; from navigating our children's hormonally charged teenage years or watching them leave the nest, to caring for aging parents, all while battling brain fog and sleepless nights while trying to hold a demanding job. This perfect storm of physical and emotional changes can also strain our most intimate relationships as we deal with feelings of unattractiveness, weight gain, or mood swings, making this a time of profound, multifaceted challenge.

This experience ignited a passion in me. I know that every woman’s experience is unique, and that whilst some women are lucky enough to sail through mid-life changes and the menopause with minimal disturbance or symptoms, others can have a truly miserable time with many different issues.  So, I made a life-changing decision of my own; to become a certified specialist coach, dedicated to being the guide and advocate I had so desperately wanted. I passionately feel women deserve to be heard and supported through this potentially very difficult transition. Think of me as your partner, helping you shed the old and emerge stronger, more confident, and ready for a vibrant new phase of life.

No. My Wellness coaching takes a holistic approach, covering all of the key areas that are impacting you during this difficult time: These can include emotional health, physical health, career satisfaction, relationships, family problems, and sleep.
