There are three possible approaches to help you move forward, grow confident, and increase your self-belief. Each has its own benefits and prices. Let me explain each option below so you can decide which approach would work best for you.

 

1:1 Tailored Coaching Support 

A tailored, 1:1 approach, working with people on their confidence, struggles, and life challenges. The benefit of this approach is that it is tailored to an individual’s issues and obstacles; it is not agenda-driven or a one-size-fits-all approach, and accordingly, people often need fewer sessions.

Coaching sessions can be either online via Zoom or face-to-face, if you are near Basingstoke, Hants. Each session costs £60, and it is you as the client who decides how many sessions we have, how long the gaps are between those sessions, and the issues that we cover. Coaching appointments can be offered at all sorts of times to fit around your commitments -including during office hours, some evenings, and some weekend slots.

What exactly is Confidence Coaching?

Confidence Coaching is a proactive partnership focused on helping you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It’s about more than just feeling good; we focus on changing your internal dialogue, identifying self-limiting beliefs, and developing the actionable skills you need to take confident steps forward in your professional life, relationships, and personal goals.

My confidence coaching approach involves identifying the root causes of self-doubt and working with you to replace limiting beliefs with more empowering thought patterns. I feel too anxious and unconfident to start. Should I wait?

Absolutely not. The coaching process is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You do not need to be confident to start—that's what we build together! We start by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your fears, and we take very small, safe steps to build momentum from day one. Taking the step to book a consultation is, in itself, the first step toward confidence.

An 8-Module E-Learning Life Skills & Confidence Programme

This program is very similar to the interactive Zoom 7-Week Course, although it has extra content. The appeal of this course for some people is that there are no other participants. It is a downloadable program, with recordings of presentations covering topics and teaching tools, techniques, and strategies, via practical activities and tasks, science and research, examples, and real-life stories of many anonymous client experiences, or of the coach. It is packed with practical steps to take, activities to do, tools to practice, and many other approaches. It is ideal for those who feel a little anxious about working with strangers on Zoom, or if the timings of the 7-Week Interactive Workshop do not fit in with your work, education, or family demands.

The downloadable version can be undertaken at a time that works with your diary, at your own pace, and in private. It can also be repeated as many times in your future as needed, particularly when life throws a new curveball at you, as it inevitably does, and you take a little dent in your confidence.

The cost of this Course is £99.

  • How to free ourselves from our self-created prison and feel more able to take on new opportunities and push ourselves out of our comfort zones.

  • Techniques to improve our body language, communicate confidently, and use our voice for influence.

  • Resist victim mentality and thrive, the importance of good friendships and how to make them, and keep them, allow us to plan for a much brighter future.

What do I need to do next?

Once you have decided that you would like to download the Advanced Confidence Program, please click on the ‘View Course Details’ button above.

  • View Course Details: This is a downloadable e-program that you can complete from your device, at your own pace. Once you have visited the ‘View Course Details’, you have the option to select the ‘Buy Now’ button and pay via credit card.

  • Checkout: Once you have added your credit card details via the ‘Buy Now’ button, you will be asked to provide an email address.

    Please provide the email address to which you would like the module links and passwords to be sent. If the course is for someone else, please provide their email address.

  • Downloading the Course: All eight module links and each of their access passwords will be emailed to the course participant.

  • Completing the Course: This thorough, home learning course is approximately 9 hours in duration and is split across eight separate and distinct modules. It is highly recommended that learners leave at least one week between each module, so that the skills and tools taught in those modules can be put into practice in the learners’ day-to-day lives.

Group, Online, 7-Week Confidence & Life Skills Programme For Adults 

This is an interactive workshop approach, via Zoom, with cameras and audio on, and the small group of participants sharing and getting involved.

The group size can vary, but is deliberately kept small (typically between 4 and 8 participants) to keep the learning environment friendly and not too overwhelming for all involved.

The benefit of group work is not only learning tools and strategies from me, but also hearing what others are struggling with, how they are feeling, how they are coping, and what they are learning, as they progress. Frequently, participants feel reassured that they are not the only ones struggling or feeling the way they have been, and watching the group as a whole progress and grow as techniques are covered and practiced can be extremely motivating.

The cost of this course is £90, for the seven weeks, and is normally scheduled to take place at 6 pm (GMT), on a weekday (commonly on Monday or Tuesday).

This workshop includes, amongst other things, topics such as:
