CONFIDENCE COACHING

There are three possible approaches to help you move forward, grow confident, and increase your self-belief. Each have their own benefits and prices. Let me explain each option below so you can decide which approach would work best for you.

 

1:1 Tailored Coaching Support 

A tailored, 1:1 approach, working with people on their confidence, struggles, and life challenges. The benefit of this approach is that it is totally tailored to an individual’s issues and obstacles, it is not agenda driven, or a one size fits all approach, and accordingly, people often need fewer sessions.

Coaching sessions can either be over Zoom or face-to-face, if you are near Basingstoke, Hampshire. Each session costs £55, and it is you as the client who decides how many sessions we have, how long the gaps are between those sessions, and the issues that we cover. Coaching appointments can be offered at all sorts of times to fit around school/college/university/work/ and family commitments - including during office hours, some evenings, and some slots over the weekend.

An 8-Module E-Learning Life Skills & Confidence Programme

This program is very similar to the interactive Zoom 7-Week Course, although it has extra content. The appeal of this course for some people is that there are no other participants. It is a downloadable program, with recordings of presentations covering topics and teaching tools, techniques, and strategies, via practical activities and tasks, science and research, examples, and real-life stories of many anonymous client experiences, or of the coach, it is packed with practical steps to take, activities to do, tools to practice, and many other approaches. It is ideal for those who feel a little anxious about working with strangers on Zoom, or if the timings of the 7-Week Interactive Workshop do not fit in with your work, education, or family demands.

The downloadable version can be undertaken at a time that works with your diary, at your own pace, and in private. It can also be repeated as many times in your future as needed, particularly when life throws a new curveball at you, as it inevitably does, and you take a little dent in your confidence.

The cost of this Course is £99.

Both online programs include, amongst other things, topics such as:

  • The influence of our mind over our performance.

  • Toxic thinking patterns, self-fulfilling patterns, choosing our mood.

  • The power of beliefs, how to become our own coach, and how to stop overthinking. 

  • Anxiety - How to overcome anxiety and stress and feel calm and in control. How to sleep better.

  • How to stop worrying about what others might think of us, build inner resilience, and let things go.

  • How to free ourselves from our self-created prison and feel more able to take on new opportunities and push ourselves out of our comfort zones.

  • Techniques to improve our body language, communicate confidently, and use our voice for influence.

  • Resist victim mentality and thrive, the importance of good friendships and how to make them, and keep them, allow us to plan for a much brighter future.

A Group, Online, 7-Week Confidence & Life Skills Programme 

This is an interactive workshop approach, via Zoom, with cameras and audio on, and the small group of participants sharing and getting involved.

The group size can vary but is deliberately kept small (typically between 4 and 8 participants) to keep the learning environment friendly and not too overwhelming for all involved.

The benefit of group work is not only learning tools and strategies from me, but also hearing what others are struggling with, how they are feeling, how they are coping, and what they are learning, as they progress. Frequently participants feel reassured that they are not the only ones struggling, or feeling the way they have been, and watching the group as a whole progress and grow as techniques are covered and practiced, can be extremely motivating.

The cost of this course is £85, for the seven weeks, and is normally scheduled to take place at 7 pm (GMT), on a weekday (commonly on Mondays or Tuesdays).

This workshop includes, amongst other things, topics such as:
