How Make Time Work For You, Rather Than Always Fighting The Clock

Trying to get something important done on your "To Do List?" Then allow less time for it....!

Did you know that tasks shrink or expand into the time we allow - so if we allow two days, it will take two days. However, if we only have two hours, guess what? It takes two hours. Parkinson's Law in Time Management research consistently shows that the more time we allow, the longer it will take. So, allow less time and "just get on with it" and before you know it the job is done and you have cut out all the wasted procrastination, angst and negative energy that goes into the avoidance.

So tackle the horrible or important jobs first, before anything else, and allow less time. See what you can do in half an hour, set the timer on your phone and turn all notifications off for that half an hour. You will see a huge improvement.
