A GREAT WAY TO IMPROVE YOUR WELL-BEING

Today is Global Running Day 2nd June 2021), and we couldn't have better weather for it.

So, why not put on your trainers and get out and enjoy the fresh air, being in nature, and a great sense of achievement. It doesn't matter how far you go, nor how fast.

All that really matters is that we move..... Even a walk/run does us the power of good and that's how all runners first starts and slowly build up their ability and fitness - until one day they can run/jog a distance without stopping or suffer a stitch.

Take it slowly. Walk when you need to. Keep going and build on your successes.

But most importantly, enjoy it!
